In August 2013, my brother Christophe\nSION was killed by his wife Dina SYSOEVA in their apartment, in\nSaint-Peterburg, Russia. It was a first degree murder (after long\npremeditation). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since this very day we moved heaven and earth to\nsave Christina, the little girl of the couple, who is our niece and my\ngoddaughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This fight mobilized all our energy and we had to\nput aside our relationships, our distractions, our habits. We had to act up. It\nwas a question of morality for us, of life for Christina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The murderer (Dina SYSOEVA) was sentenced to 11\nyears in Russia. Only 11 years for first degree murder, forgery of power of\nattorney on checking account of my brother, theft of 100 000 euros. There is a\nstrong pressure from her clan to be released in one year and a half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The judgment allowed us to learn all the\nhorrors :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– the murder had been programmed for a long time,\nmay be before the wedding, which was a trap for my poor brother,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Poor little Christina stayed in the apartment\nwhile Christophe was agonizing and dying. Dina kept the body one week in\nAugust, at summer temperature. Imagine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Dina brought friends and Christina for a ride in\na region where the remains of Christophe\u2019s body should be found some months later.\nGuess the real reason of this ride ! Think how perverse this woman !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Then, her father Victor Veniaminovitch SYSOEV\ncame on purpose from Khabarovsk (Eastern Siberia) to help her dismember\nChristophe, cut into pieces, burn and dispose to wild beasts the remains of my\nbrother. A pair of shut hancuffs and an iron bar had been left aside the\nremains, giving an idea of what Christophe must have suffered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After that, Dina went out to the French Riviera at\nher French lover\u2019s (since 2008), spending some \u00ab holydays \u00bb before\ncoming back to Russia, posing as the weeping widow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Neither the lover, nor the body snatchering father\nhad any trouble with Russian or French justice. It\u2019s a draw !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fa\u00efna, Victor\u2019s wife, became Christina\u2019s guardian\nby some \u00ab bizarre \u00bb arrangement with justice and guardian service of\nKhabarovsk. As a woman full of hatred she makes Christina suffer an horrible\npsychological abuse. She suppressed every possibility of psychological help,\nshe\u2019s brainwashing her with outrageous slanders, and lives with Victor,\nconsidering him as \u00ab a good man \u00bb ! Try to imagine Christina\u2019s\nfuture in this family where perversity and hatred are burning in the fire of\nsordid greed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was mandatory for us to adopt Christina, to get\nher out of this clan of monsters. Our file was ready, waiting for Dina\u2019s being\ndismissed of her maternel rights, which was finally done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But we received the bad news : an other judge\nin Khabarovsk had accepted the appeal of the murderer in such conditions that\nit is impossible to believe in a real justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our Russian and French lawyers are working to find\nsolutions. But time is against us. The time of dignified silence is exceeded.\nDignity, morality and above all Christina’s future force us to raise our voices\nas loudly and as far as necessary. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
